The crew at Moore Overhead Door is outstanding - punctual, thorough and exacting. Plus, they came out to my parents' not-exactly-close house almost immediately to fix their garage door opener so they could get their car outside. You don't always need a garage door company, but when you do, you usually need them NOW. And Moore Overhead Door is the one you want to call.

One of my springs broke on my garage door this morning...(had to crawl under the door to get into the house!!) Called these folks and they had two very nice young men here within 30 minutes. Everything was fixed, and tested, in less than 30 minutes. That is QUALITY SERVICE. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

I called another company on Monday and didn't even get a call back. I called Moore Overhead on Wed and they were here Thursday morning. They replaced the circuit board, serviced the rest of the unit and even serviced the door itself and associated parts. Great support and cost for all their effort. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Last week Moore Overhead came out and installed a new garage door. I am so happy! The install was clean, the door is quiet and works perfectly. They matched the color and the even put a new seal around it. The garage was left clean and the old door and parts were hauled away. Price wise, they were competitive with others, but took more time to explain different options they could offer. Good job!!!!

Within 1 hour of me calling they had 2 technicians out. Ramiro & Mike were both friendly and professional. The garage door needed a bit of adjustment / maintenance and both of these men performed quality and detailed work. I stood there and watched out of curiosity and Ramiro answered any questions I had and educated me on the process. Hands down quality customer care. I highly recommend getting a couple estimates when hiring work to be done. By doing just that, this company saved us $632 from what another company estimated us the same day/same work.
